Seller Terms

Effective date: August 24, 2026.

Seller Success Fee

There is no upfront listing fee. If a boat is sold to a buyer introduced through or generated by The Boat Baby, the seller agrees to pay The Boat Baby a success fee equal to 10% of the final boat sale price.

Accurate Information

The seller represents that listing information is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they have authority to sell the boat.

Buyer Payment

Buyer payment is made directly to the seller unless The Boat Baby explicitly offers another payment option in writing.

Reporting a Sale

The seller agrees to promptly notify The Boat Baby when the boat is sold and provide the final sale price needed to calculate the success fee.

Listing Content

The seller grants The Boat Baby permission to display and market the submitted boat details and photos for the purpose of promoting the listing and marketplace.
