Marketplace Role

The Boat Baby provides a marketplace and marketing service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, The Boat Baby is not the owner, dealer, escrow agent, inspector, or guarantor of listed boats. Buyers and sellers are responsible for evaluating a boat and completing the transaction directly.

Listings

Users must provide accurate information and have authority to offer the boat. The Boat Baby may edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings.

Transactions

Buyers should independently verify ownership, condition, title, registration, liens, specifications, and any other material facts before paying a seller.

Limitation

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, The Boat Baby is not responsible for losses arising from transactions between users.
